Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Having gone to college in the South, I love good barbecue.  So, I’m excited to share this pulled pork recipe with you guys.  The slow cooker is great because once everything is in there, you can go live life for a few hours and come back to a delicious meal.  I especially like to use it during busy weeks.  This recipe is super quick and easy, but is sure to satisfy your other BBQ-loving friends.  If you’re still looking for something to barbecue for Fourth of July, make this and thank me later. Let me know what y’all think!

Side note: If you don’t eat pork, you can easily substitute boneless chicken (breasts or thighs) or a beef roast in this recipe.
